This is a personal photoblog, owned by a singular individual in Malaysia (herein referred to as “blogger”), used to share personal photographs of the blogger with the masses.  The accuracy, validity, political-correctness and politeness shall in no way be guaranteed by the blogger. The content in this blog in no way represents the opinion of the blogger’s employer, university, mother, father, teacher, God(s), uncles, aunts, grandmothers, grandfathers, cousins, friends, lovers, pets, stupid neighbours and garbage collectors; it represents the blogger’s point-of-view alone to which only the blogger is responsible for.

Please bear in mind that the content in this blog is no way being used to generate monetary profit. The ads (if any) within this blog do not contribute a significant amount of profit that can even be used to buy a decent dinner for 2.  All content in this blog is meant to be used as a benchmark for passion in photography.

The readers of this blog shall not hold the blogger libel for what he says or displays. The content is not intended to malign and defame any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, individual, endangered flora and fauna, antique mobile phones, midget-porn lovers, persons with the IQ of a fruit-fly, or anyone/anything with the desire and ability to fight back. In any case, the blogger is still struggling to pay off loans and would be a waste to sue. The blogger cannot afford to be sued for more than RM 5 at any given (Gregorian) calendar year.

The blogger is not responsible, nor will be held liable, for anything anyone says on this blog in the blog comments, nor the laws which they may break in any country through their comments’ content, implication, and intent. This is to say that if a commenter says something out of line, it’s not the blogger’s fucking business. The blogger reserves the right to censor, edit, or delete any comment deemed inappropriate, and if the commenter is not happy about it, they may stick a finger up their cloacal opening and move along to another blog.

This blog aims to do no harm to anyone or anything, and all content is published with non-confrontational interest. It may, from time to time, publish obscene, sarcastic, repulsive, stupid, sexy, hostile or downright unbelievable crap, and the readers’ understanding of the content may not reflect the exact understanding of the blogger. If the reader has trouble understanding the content, this blogger recommends the reader to ask his/her friend, family member, local politician, smart-alec neighbour or Google to be enlightened. If the reader does not have a friend, family member, local politician, smart-alec neighbour or internet-access, this blogger recommends the reader to go back to sleep and stop wasting his time.

Any names mentioned in this blog has no connection with the living or the dead, and therefore shall not be construed as an attempt to defame and malign any individuals or animals with the same name. In other words, it’s a fucking coincidence.
