Lake Bedugul sits atop a mountain at 1500 meters. The weather was calm and chilly, and clouds were perpetually covering the sky when we arrived there around noon. Upon entering the tourist area, there sits a Buddha temple with a Buddha statue draped in yellow. On the lake itself, is another temple, known as Pura Ulun Danu Bratan. It is a water temple, known to the locals to bless the irrigation works around the area.
